Wellth started from a simple frustration: recovery tools that actually work — sauna, cold, IV, light — were scattered across a dozen different studios, each with its own membership and its own waitlist.
We built one club instead. A single, private space where you can stack modalities in one visit, on your schedule, without ever feeling rushed.
