Infrared Sauna

Deep, penetrating heat that eases muscle tension and supports a full-body sweat.

Overview

What it is.

Our infrared panels heat the body directly rather than just the air around it, so you get a deeper sweat at a lower, more comfortable ambient temperature. Sessions run up to 150°F and are self-paced — step out any time.

“I sauna before every big week. It’s the one habit that’s actually stuck.”

Why It Works

The benefits.

01

Deep Circulation

Radiant heat penetrates deeper than a standard sauna, dilating blood vessels and raising your heart rate the way light cardio would.

02

Muscle Recovery

Increased blood flow helps clear metabolic waste from tired muscles, easing next-day soreness after training.

03

Full-Body Sweat

A longer, deeper sweat than traditional steam, often used to support the body’s natural detox process.

04

Nervous System Reset

The heat triggers a parasympathetic wind-down — a genuine off switch for a wired, overstimulated day.

Who It’s For

Built for how you recover.

Athletes & Lifters

Program it after training to speed recovery and loosen tight muscle groups before they stiffen up.

Desk-Bound Professionals

Counteract hours of sitting with heat that gets blood moving through stiff hips and shoulders.

Sleep Seekers

An evening session raises, then drops, your core temperature — the same signal that tells your body it’s time to sleep.

Cold-Weather Regulars

A reliable way to stay warm and consistent with recovery through the winter months.

The Science

Dive deeper.

01

Cardiovascular Conditioning

Heat exposure raises heart rate and dilates blood vessels similarly to moderate exercise, which is why infrared sauna use is often described as a passive cardio session.

02

Muscle Recovery

Improved local blood flow is commonly associated with faster clearance of exercise byproducts, which may reduce the intensity of delayed-onset muscle soreness.

03

Heat Shock Proteins

Sustained heat exposure is thought to trigger the body’s production of heat shock proteins, which help repair damaged cells and support long-term resilience to stress.

Questions

Before you book.

Most members sauna first to fully warm up, then finish with the cold plunge — ending on cold rather than heat helps you feel alert afterward rather than groggy.

Up to 150°F. If it’s too much, you can lower the panels or step out early — there’s no minimum time you have to hit.

Yes, our sauna suites are private and can comfortably fit two.
