Hyperice X 2 Knee Therapy

Heat, cold, and compression in one wearable knee wrap.

Overview

What it is.

The Hyperice X 2 Knee is a wearable wrap that combines contrast therapy — alternating heat and cold — with compression, focused entirely on the knee. There’s no ice and no water: you strap in, pick a setting, and sit back while it runs.

“I strap it on after leg day while I’m in the lounge. My knees feel looser by the time I walk out.”

Why It Works

The benefits.

01

Targeted Relief

All of the heat, cold, and pressure goes exactly where you want it, wrapped around the knee joint.

02

Heat and Cold Together

Alternating warm and cool is a long-standing recovery approach that many people find soothing for stiff or tired joints.

03

Added Compression

Gentle compression holds the wrap snug and is thought to complement the contrast cycle.

04

No Ice, No Mess

Everything is electric and wearable — nothing to fill, drip, or melt.

What to Expect

Walking in for the first time.

Duration

A typical session runs about 20 minutes per knee. It’s easy to add before or after another service.

Comfort & Privacy

You stay fully clothed in shorts or loose pants and relax in a lounge chair. Heat, cold, and compression levels are adjustable, and our team sets it up for you.

Frequency

Many members use it after training days or whenever their knees feel stiff or worked. It can be used as often as feels good to you.

The Science

Dive deeper.

01

Contrast at the Joint

Warmth is generally associated with increased local blood flow and cold with reduced flow; alternating between them is thought to create a gentle pumping effect in the area.

02

Why Add Compression

Compression is widely used in recovery settings and is thought to support circulation and help the wrap make consistent contact with the joint.

03

Wellness, Not Treatment

This is a general recovery tool. It isn’t a treatment for injuries or medical conditions — if you have a knee injury or recent surgery, check with your doctor before using it.
