Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Wellth Health & Wellness ("Wellth," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit mywellthclub.com or the online booking pages we link to (the "Site"), visit our club at 21045 Califa St, Suite 1A, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 (the "Club"), book or receive our services, or become a member. By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described here. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: when you give it to us, automatically when you use the Site, and from service providers who help us run Wellth.

Information you give us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, mailing address, and emergency contact; your booking, membership, and purchase history; payment information such as card details and billing address; messages you send through our contact form, by email, by text, or in person; and your communication preferences.

Health and intake information. Before certain services, such as IV drip therapy, vitamin shots, facials, waxing, sauna, or cold plunge, we may ask about your health history, medications, allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions, or other conditions so we can serve you safely. We may also keep signed waivers, consent forms, and records of the services you received.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, our hosting provider and the services we use may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This may be collected through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies.

Information from others. We receive information from our booking and payment providers when you book or pay, and we may receive information from a member who uses a guest pass for you, such as your name and contact details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to: book, confirm, reschedule, and remind you of appointments; provide our services safely, including screening for whether a service is right for you; create and manage your account and membership, including credits, guest passes, and billing; process payments, refunds, and charges described in our Terms of Service; answer your questions and respond to inquiries; send you service messages, such as booking confirmations, reminders, and changes to our hours, policies, or prices; send marketing messages about offers, events, and new services if you have agreed to receive them; operate, secure, and improve the Site and the Club, and understand how our services are used; prevent fraud and misuse and enforce our Terms of Service and house rules; and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and medical record-keeping obligations.

3. Health Information

We treat health and intake information with extra care. We use it only to determine whether a service is appropriate for you, to provide that service safely, to keep required records, and as otherwise permitted or required by law. Access is limited to team members and licensed professionals who need it to serve you.

Information related to IV drip therapy, vitamin shots, and other medical services is created and maintained by licensed medical professionals and is handled in accordance with applicable medical privacy laws, which may include the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act. Where those laws apply, you may receive a separate notice describing how medical information is used and disclosed. We do not use health information for marketing and we do not sell it.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as described below:

Service providers. Companies that help us operate, such as our online booking and scheduling software, payment processors, website hosting and form-handling providers, email and text-messaging providers, and IT and security vendors. They may use your information only to provide services to us and must protect it.

Licensed professionals. Medical professionals who oversee or provide IV and injectable services, as needed to provide your care.

Legal and safety reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wellth, our clients, our team, or others, including in an emergency.

Business transfers. If Wellth is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of its business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a policy that is at least as protective.

With your permission. In any other case where you ask us to or agree to it.

5. Text Messages & Email

If you give us your phone number, we may send you service-related text messages, such as booking confirmations and appointment reminders. We will only send marketing texts if you have separately agreed to receive them. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you messages about your bookings, account, or membership.

6. Cookies, Analytics & Do Not Track

The Site and the services we use may place cookies or use similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and, if we run online advertising, understand how our ads perform. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, though some features may not work properly as a result.

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for responding to them, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Where required by law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

7. Third-Party Sites & Services

The Site links to websites and services we do not control, including our online booking and payment pages, maps, and social media. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply, and we encourage you to read them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

8. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections on the Site and limiting access to people who need it. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account and membership, and for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements, or as required by law. Health and treatment records may be kept for the periods required under medical record-keeping laws. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

10. Your Choices

You can update your contact and billing information through your booking account or by contacting us. You can opt out of marketing emails and texts as described above. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing info@mywellthclub.com. Some information may need to be kept for legal, medical, or accounting reasons, and we will tell you if we cannot fully meet a request.

11. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, to the extent it applies to Wellth: to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request a copy of your personal information; to request that we correct inaccurate personal information; to request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only to provide our services and as permitted by law); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email info@mywellthclub.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will respond within the time required by law.

California’s "Shine the Light" law lets California residents ask whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not make those disclosures.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not offered to anyone under 16, and the Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. Information about guests aged 16 or 17 is collected with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, as described in our Terms of Service. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on the Site and update the "Last updated" date above. If we make significant changes, we will give you additional notice, such as by email. Your continued use of the Site or our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
