Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

Welcome to Wellth. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before your first visit. They apply to everyone, whether you are a Member or a Guest (both defined below), and they govern (a) your use of mywellthclub.com and the online booking pages we link to (together, the "Site"); (b) your visits to our club at 21045 Califa St, Suite 1A, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 (the "Club"); and (c) any product or service you purchase from us or receive from us (each a "Service," and together the "Services"). By booking, visiting, purchasing, or otherwise using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms, including any additional policies, posted rules, or documents they refer to. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

1. Your Agreement With Us

These Terms, together with your purchase confirmation or membership receipt and any liability waiver, intake form, or consent form you sign with us, make up your agreement (the "Agreement") with Wellth Health & Wellness ("Wellth," "we," "us," or "our"). Wellth is an independently owned business. Our online booking, payment, and scheduling are powered by third-party software providers, who are not parties to your Agreement and do not provide the Services.

2. Updates & Corrections

The current version of these Terms is always available on the Site. We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting the new version on the Site or by emailing you. Please check back from time to time. If you keep using the Site or the Services after a change is posted, you accept the updated Terms.

The Site may occasionally contain typos, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in service descriptions, pricing, and availability. We may correct any of these and update information on the Site at any time without prior notice.

3. Our Services

Wellth offers recovery, wellness, aesthetic, and grooming services, which may include infrared sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, Hyperice knee therapy, IV drip therapy, vitamin shots, facial treatments, waxing, massage, and barbershop and salon services. Our current menu is posted on the Site and at the Club.

We may add, change, or discontinue any Service, and may change our prices, at any time. Services may be sold individually (a la carte), as a Day Pass, as a prepaid package, or through a membership. Some Services carry additional terms, intake requirements, or consent forms. Services that have been received are non-refundable.

4. Health, Safety & Medical Services

Our recovery amenities are intended for generally healthy adults. Some Services, including sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, and compression therapy, may not be appropriate if you are pregnant or have certain heart, circulatory, respiratory, or other medical conditions. You are responsible for consulting your physician before using the Services and for telling our team about any condition, medication, or allergy that could affect your safety.

IV drip therapy and vitamin shots are administered by licensed medical professionals and require a medical intake. We may decline, delay, or modify any Service, including any IV or injectable Service, based on your intake, screening, or the judgment of our medical team. Our Services are for general wellness purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. Minors

We do not provide Services to anyone under 16. Anyone under 16 may only be in the Club while directly supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Guests who are 16 or 17 may receive Services only if a parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on their behalf, takes primary responsibility for all billing on the account, and stays at the Club for the entire visit. You must be at least 18 to receive IV drip therapy or vitamin shots.

6. Members, Guests & Day Passes

We serve both Members and Guests. You are a "Member" if you purchase Services through a membership plan. You are a "Guest" if you purchase Services any other way, including as a walk-in, a la carte, with a Day Pass, with a prepaid package, or as the guest of a Member. These Terms apply to everyone; Members are also subject to the membership terms below.

A Day Pass is $95 per visit and includes access to the infrared sauna, cold plunge, compression therapy, Hyperice X 2 Knee Therapy, and red light therapy. Other Services, including IV therapy and vitamin shots, facial treatments, the contrast therapy room, recovery massage, waxing, and the barbershop and salon, are not included and are booked and paid separately. Day Passes are valid for a single visit, are subject to availability, and do not include membership credits or member benefits.

7. Guest Passes

Every membership plan includes one guest pass per month. A guest pass is equivalent to one Day Pass for the guest and covers the same Services: the infrared sauna, cold plunge, compression therapy, Hyperice X 2 Knee Therapy, and red light therapy. Any other Service the guest books is paid with the Member’s credits where eligible or by the guest at a la carte prices. Guest passes do not roll over: a pass not used by the end of the billing month expires and cannot be carried forward, transferred, or exchanged for credits or cash. Guests must follow the same policies, waivers, and health screening as Members.

8. Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows

Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but we strongly recommend booking ahead. Appointments can be booked through the Book Now button on the Site, by phone, or in person at the Club, and a valid payment card is required to book.

We want to give you as much flexibility as possible: you may cancel or reschedule any appointment at any time, and we do not charge a cancellation fee. Please give us as much notice as you can so our team can plan and offer the time to someone else.

Appointments start and end at their scheduled times out of respect for other clients. If you arrive late, your session will not be extended, so we suggest arriving a few minutes early to check in. If you do not show up for a booked appointment and do not cancel, we may charge a no-show fee of up to the full price of the booked Service to your payment method on file. If you are a Member or have a prepaid package and a no-show fee is charged, you will not also lose a credit. We may also reschedule appointments because of equipment maintenance or circumstances outside our control.

9. House Rules

We may post house rules at the Club covering things like attire, hygiene, phone use, and use of equipment. Those rules apply in addition to these Terms and are part of your Agreement. We may update our house rules, hours of operation, and Service offerings at our discretion.

10. Memberships

If you purchase a membership plan, the following terms apply:

Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically every month until you cancel it or we end your Agreement.

Dues and credits. We charge your membership dues to your payment method on file each month. For each successful payment, we add the number of credits included in your plan to your account, which you can redeem for eligible Services. Your plan shows your monthly dues and credit allowance.

Credits. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless your plan states otherwise. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable. The barbershop and salon and waxing are not part of the credit program.

Cancelling. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account, by emailing info@mywellthclub.com, or in person at the Club. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you may keep using that period’s credits until then. Credits that remain unused when the billing period ends are forfeited, and we do not refund unused credits or partial months.

Changing plans. You may ask to move to a different tier at any time; the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period unless we agree otherwise.

Freezes. We may allow a membership freeze at our discretion if your account is active and in good standing. During a freeze, billing is paused until the freeze ends, and we may end a freeze at any time.

Three-day right to cancel. You may cancel a new membership for any reason within three (3) days of purchasing it by notifying us, and we will refund your payment, less the value of any Services you received during those three days.

Non-transferable. Your membership belongs to you and may not be transferred or shared without our written permission, other than through your monthly guest pass.

Price changes. We may increase membership prices once a year and will make reasonable efforts to give you written notice at least 30 days before an increase takes effect. Founding Members keep their founding rate for as long as their membership stays continuously active; if a Founding Membership is cancelled, the founding rate ends.

Maintenance. From time to time we may need to close equipment or rooms for repair or maintenance. You will not receive a credit or refund for those closures.

11. Consent to Automatic Renewal

IF YOU ARE A MEMBER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EVERY MONTH, AND THAT WE WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE FOR YOUR MONTHLY DUES, UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP OR WE END YOUR AGREEMENT. YOU MAY CANCEL AT ANY TIME AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 10, AND CANCELLATION TAKES EFFECT AT THE END OF YOUR CURRENT BILLING PERIOD.

12. Prepaid Packages

Members and Guests may buy prepaid packages that include a set number of Services or credits. You own the package from the date of purchase. Packages are personal to you, may not be transferred without our written permission, and are non-refundable once purchased. Unless the package states otherwise, packages expire twelve (12) months after purchase, and any unused portion is forfeited at that time without refund.

13. Gift Cards

Gift cards are not the same as a membership or a prepaid package. Gift cards are governed by their own terms and by applicable law, and any Services you redeem with a gift card remain subject to these Terms.

14. Retail Purchases

Food and beverage purchases are final. Merchandise may be returned or exchanged at the Club within seven (7) days of purchase if it is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.

15. Pets

For hygiene and the comfort of all clients, pets are not allowed in the Club. Service animals are welcome.

16. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property that you bring to the Club or leave on the surrounding premises, including the parking area. Please leave valuables at home.

17. Your Account & Payment Method

You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login details private. You must keep accurate billing information and a valid payment card on file at all times. We accept major debit and credit cards, and all prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars.

18. Payment Authorization

By booking or receiving Services, you authorize Wellth and its payment processors to charge your payment method on file for all fees, dues, and other amounts owed under your Agreement on or after their due dates. A charge may not appear on your statement right away. If you have more than one card on file and a payment fails, you authorize us to try your other cards.

If a payment fails and you do not provide a valid card within ten (10) days of the due date, we may use any rights available to us under these Terms or the law, including suspending your membership, declining Services, ending your Agreement, or charging a late fee. Your bank may charge its own fees for a declined or returned payment, and we are not responsible for those fees.

You may revoke this authorization by contacting us in person, by phone, or by email, with reasonable notice (usually three business days) for us to act. Revoking it does not cancel amounts you already owe. If you fail to pay amounts you owe, we may declare the full remaining balance due immediately and may recover our reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Right to Refuse Service

We may decline Services, end a membership, or limit or prohibit access to the Club for any reason not prohibited by law, including conduct that endangers others, damages property, or violates these Terms or our house rules.

20. Photos, Video & Content Creation

Please respect the privacy of other clients and our team. Photography, video, live streaming, or other content creation for commercial purposes is not permitted at the Club without our prior written approval, and sexually explicit content is prohibited on our premises. You may not use the Wellth name, logo, branding, or facilities in commercial content without our written permission. We may end Services and revoke access for violations of this section.

21. Third-Party Websites & Services

The Site may link to, or rely on, websites and services run by others, including our online booking and payment provider, maps, and social media (together, "Third-Party Services"), as well as content created by others. We do not control or check Third-Party Services or their content and are not responsible for them, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Please review the terms and privacy practices of any Third-Party Service you use. Any purchase made through a Third-Party Service is solely between you and that provider. To the extent permitted by law, you release us from liability arising from your use of Third-Party Services.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU USE THE SITE AND THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WELLTH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT, THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, FROM WELLTH OR ITS TEAM CREATES ANY WARRANTY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

23. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WELLTH NOR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THEM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wellth and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, brought by a third party that arises from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of the Agreement, including these Terms; (c) your violation of anyone else’s rights, including intellectual property rights; (d) your violation of any law or regulation; or (e) any harmful act by you toward another client, guest, or member of our team. We may, at your expense, take over the exclusive defense and control of any matter you must indemnify us for, and you agree to cooperate with us. We will make reasonable efforts to tell you about any such claim once we become aware of it.

25. Resolving Concerns

If something goes wrong, we want to hear about it and make it right. Please contact us first, in person at the Club or at info@mywellthclub.com, so we can try to resolve your concern informally. If we cannot resolve it, the binding individual arbitration process below applies.

26. Binding Individual Arbitration

Except for Excluded Claims (defined below), you and Wellth agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy relating to the Agreement or the Services ("Claim"), including any question about whether this arbitration section applies, will be resolved only by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). If the AAA is no longer available, we will select a comparable arbitration provider. This applies to Claims based on any legal theory, including contract, tort (including intentional torts), fraud, agency, negligence, and statute or regulation.

Without this section, you might have the right to bring a Claim in court before a judge or jury, or to take part in a class action or other representative lawsuit. By agreeing to these Terms, you give up those rights, and Claims must be resolved through arbitration instead. You may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing a written opt-out notice to info@mywellthclub.com within thirty (30) days after you first agree to these Terms (the "Opt-Out Deadline"). Opt-out notices received after the Opt-Out Deadline are not valid.

All Claims will be arbitrated on an individual basis only. Class actions, private attorney general actions, and other representative proceedings are not permitted, and the arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party bringing the Claim. The arbitration will be heard by a single arbitrator, will be limited to the Claim between you and Wellth, and will not be combined with any other arbitration. This class action waiver cannot be separated from the rest of this section.

The party that prevails in arbitration will be reimbursed by the other party for the AAA fees it paid and its reasonable attorneys’ fees. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, and judgment on it may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. AAA rules and forms are available at www.adr.org. Any arbitration hearing will take place in Los Angeles County, California.

This arbitration agreement involves interstate commerce, is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16), and applies to all Claims, whether they exist now or arise later.

The following are "Excluded Claims" and are not subject to arbitration: (a) Claims to enforce or protect, or about the validity of, a party’s intellectual property rights; (b) Claims relating to non-payment of amounts owed to us; and (c) Claims for injunctive relief.

27. Electronic Communications & Signatures

You agree that agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we send you electronically, including by email or on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. You consent to electronic signatures and to electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of transactions, and you waive any requirement under applicable law for an original signature, for delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or for payments or credits by non-electronic means, to the extent permitted by law.

28. Governing Law & Venue

The Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any Claim that is not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

29. General Provisions

The Agreement, including these Terms and our posted house rules, is the entire agreement between you and Wellth. If we do not enforce any right or provision, that is not a waiver of it. The Agreement applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time without your consent. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the rest of the Agreement will remain in effect. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural, and "and" includes "or." Your use of the Site or the Services does not create any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Wellth. The Agreement will not be interpreted against us because we drafted it.
